I have over 25 years plus experience within the residential inspection and commercial construction industry.

I'm a fully certified electrician and Gas heating engineer - fully conversant with all types of residential and commercial heating - including high efficiency - Eco friendly heating systems.

During those 25 years, I have inspected all types of residential and commercial properties, and my clients have ranged from members of the public purchasing a home, lawyers, Judges, to hospitals, military, police, schools and commercial outlets.

I was also appointed head of Quality Control & Quality Assurance - Electrical Inspector, for the entire project of the new 1.5 Billion Dollar South Health Campus Hospital, Calgary. I was promoted to this position due to my attention to detail - described by senior management as incredible!

With my certification, combined with my vast experience within the residential and commercial inspection business, I have been interviewed & vetted by the 'Master Inspector Certification Board' and as a result of their findings - combined with their stringent & lengthy security checks, I have been granted and board certified my 'CMI status - Certified Master Inspector'.
