PAT - Testing }
With our
Home Inspection - plus package - this will include a portable
appliance test of your electrical kitchen and hand held
appliances.
I have over
30 years experience in Portable Appliance Testing, including
testing appliances for - but not limited to; the Police,
Military, Schools, Residential homes, Senior citizens, Hospitals & offices.
When
testing any kitchen or electrical handheld device or appliance
it's simply not enough to just turn it on and say its tested -
that tells you nothing as regards the electrical integrity of
the appliance or device - which is the most important thing - is
it safe for use?
At Sherlock
Homes Inspectors, we have the correct equipment to test your
appliances for safety and electrical integrity.
On
inspection of your appliances, they will be listed into PAT
testing software which will list the equipment tested, and the
appropriate electrical readings for integrity & safe use. The
test equipment will also indicate whether the appliance or
device has passed or failed the test - this will also be listed
into the test software.
With all of
this experience, you can rest assured that your electrical
appliances will be
inspected & tested with the utmost care and attention to detail.
