I have 35 years plus experience within the residential inspection and commercial

certified electrician and Gas heating engineer - fully
conversant with

- Eco friendly solar panel heating & hot water systems.History:
During those 38 years, I have built & inspected all types of residential
and commercial properties, and my clients have ranged from
members of the public purchasing a home, lawyers, Judges, to hospitals, military,

I was appointed head of QA/QC -
Electrical Inspector, for the entire project of the new 1.7
Billion dollar South Health Campus Hospital, Calgary. I was
appointed this position due to my high standards & attention to
detail!

business, I have been interviewed & vetted by the 'Master
Inspector Certification Board' and as a result of their findings
- combined with their stringent & lengthy security checks, I
have been granted and board
certified my 'CMI status - Certified Master Inspector'.
