I hold two trade certifications as an Electrician and Heating engineer. I’m also a Certified Master Home Inspector – the first board certified CMI to be registered in Okotoks.

 

I have over 40 years experience in the residential and commercial construction industry, within the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Canada.

 

I was designated the QA/QC Electrical Inspector for the entire South Health Campus Hospital project, in Auburn Bay, Calgary.

 

I’m also approved by Service Alberta and on behalf of InterNACHI, to assess and proctor new inspectors.

About me: Gary Rose - CMI CGLI

When I’m not inspecting houses or or involved with construction projects. 

 

I enjoy spending quality time with my wife & family, 3 sons, daughter-in-law and 2 ‘High Octane’, Grandkids!

 

I/we enjoy camping, shooting, quad biking and motorbiking in the mountains, trout fishing and playing guitar.
