Upon completing my training to become a Home Inspector, I sought out an experienced professional to conduct my test inspection. Following a glowing recommendation from a fellow inspector, I decided to engage Gary at Sherlock Homes Inspection. From the outset, my encounter with Gary was nothing short of outstanding.

Gary's expertise in home inspection was immediately apparent. He promptly responded to my inquiry, displaying a keen interest in understanding my specific needs as a novice inspector. Throughout our correspondence, his professionalism and meticulous attention to detail were consistently evident.

During our time together, Gary generously shared his knowledge and expertise, filling in the gaps left by my training program. He went the extra mile to assist me, offering invaluable insights that I'm confident will prove invaluable in my career as a Home Inspector.

I wholeheartedly recommend Gary to anyone seeking to complete their training or requiring a thorough home inspection. His dedication to his craft and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction make him an invaluable asset in the field.

After already earning a certificate of training through Carson Dunlop, I decided to hire Gary for his one on one training and mentoring before doing my practical license test inspection. 3 days with Gary were every bit as, if not more, valuable in backing up months of book work. Gary has a huge amount of knowledge and a very wide breadth of experience. The training was worth every penny and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for training for anyone, and he'd definitely be the guy I would want to hire to inspect a home I was buying. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience

Gary inspected a house for us recently and cannot recommend him enough. He was very thorough and flagged all issues no matter how small they may seem. He produced the report for us the next day and went the extra mile with following up and supporting us in any way he could. In the end he saved us money and flagged an issue that otherwise may have gone unnoticed. If we ever need a home inspection in the future we will definitely be using Gary again!
