After already earning a certificate of training through Carson Dunlop, I decided to hire Gary for his one on one training and mentoring before doing my practical license test inspection. 3 days with Gary were every bit as, if not more, valuable in backing up months of book work. Gary has a huge amount of knowledge and a very wide breadth of experience. The training was worth every penny and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for training for anyone, and he'd definitely be the guy I would want to hire to inspect a home I was buying. He was very thorough and flagged all issues no matter how small they may seem.
